Pros

The lavender scent is so soothing and relaxing, especially for an ill autistic four year old. Her only negative is the lavender is strong. Just be careful and follow the instructions on microwaving. Strong enough to be noticably pleasing.

The ease of using the product. Fastest shipping and perfect timing.

Stays warm, is super comforting, and is a conversation starter if you decide to wear it on a zoom call. Far better and way more comfortable to use than the plug in heating pad.

Cons

It smells horrendous. The nice lavender scent is gone and replaced by a rancid burnt popcorn smell. One night my wife fart bombed the house.

Not happy about this purchase and will be calling amazon to try to get a refund. Too bad. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

My wife did not like this because the part that where the heat is is not around the neck area when it was used .

If it doesn’t improve, i’m returning it.
