The arms are too stiff to open up when installing a new roll. It's very difficult to install a new kitchen roll without damaging the roll.

looks nice, but functionality is not very good. Solid stainless steel, but not very functional. Too long screws for mounting it under a cabinet.

It mashes whatever end you put in 2nd, and doesn't spin well. The plastic is brittle and will break after a weeks use. This greatly inhibits the ability to dispense the towels properly.
