Its a lightweight plastic so i can see it breaking if dropped but not so cheaply made that you have to worry about even touching it

Having to put 3 cans outside or on top isnt too much of an issue

The biggest con to me is that it the top has to be removed to put 9 cans inside

Since i use the top for storage it means all the stuff has to come off the top the lid removed the cans put in then all the stuff put on

Not a bad option i went with dial industries stackable they arent stackable beverage can dispenser
