You have to hold the paper towel roll when you pull off a sheet or a lot of sheets will come off the roll but thats the nature of the beast

Nice paper towel dispenser however the mounting screw holes are not placed right

We did have to manually bend the arms to enlarge space between the rod in order to have the paper towels not be too tight
