The other kit involves drilling out the melted plastic posts that hold the original in place and screwing the new module in very carefully to avoid having the screws pop through the face of the door

Just remove the door panel disconnect the wiring harnesses remove the old pin transfer the mechanism cable put the new hardware in place and reassemble what youve taken apart
