Easy to use, we were able to charge all of our devices and had no issues.
They're very sturdy, but also easily configure to match the plug you need them for.
After the fuse blowing, i didn't use the strip and made use of the usb outlets and one plug-in charger.
On my first trip (japan) its' fuse burnt out on the second second day of use.
Shipping
They immediately sent out a pack of 4 fuses and extra adapter pieces.
I requested some and received them within a week.
Overnight delivery, prior to a trip was great.

By the end of the trip my father was borrowing one of my adapters to charge his phone because his nonhero adapter wouldnt work

Because of the 2 usb ports on the top of the adapter i was able to make due with only one

As with anything it is not absolutely universal something the manufacturers make clear and there are a few places in which it will not work

It did the job well except my wife bought a dual voltage flat iron which uses a polarized plug and this adapter would not support that

In case you are not sure what i mean by that polarized plugs have one opening that is slightly taller than the other
