Pros

Used waterpik brand for 20+ years. This water jet is much quieter then the waterpik and viajet units. The water container has a hinged lid which keeps stuff out of it.

This is very good on my gums. It has a bunch of different heads and two different toothbrush heads which was great for my two kiddos. Comes with a full array of attachments incl. A pick, toothbrush, tongue brush.

Cons

Conair does not stand behind its products. It does not want to conform to state laws about refunding shipping charges.

Tried again, filled the tank and put all the little pieces away. Got read to turn it on and saw the puddle of water, once again on the countertop. Continued to drip water when not in use even after emptying waterbin.

Many critical reviews for the several ways this unit malfunctions. It has a chronic problem with the switches to turn it on/off and the sonic jet switch too. If i endlessly press the switches they eventually go on or off, as i hope.
