The product has female fixtures in both ends. No leaks and it fit perfectly on my intex pump. This hose goes from the valve to the fountain.

I’ve had it for a few months and haven’t had any issues with it.
Price
Seemed a bit pricey, but i didn't need to make adapters for my intex pool, so i'm going to call it a win.

Be careful though the threads fit only intel manufactured pools
