Pros
Pump is great and makes perfect chlorine. Costumer service is great. Can't go wrong with this pool. I recommend 10/10 to anyone!
Step have sero idea what everyone has been complaining about. Measure the midpoints of the distance between straps then space the pads at these midpoint distances. Use some conduit lube to help it along and keep the holes lined up.
Everything seems to be built very durable. I'm impressed with the durability of this pool after the storm it just went through. In my opinion yes this pool, contents and the seller is worth the $ spent.
Cons
Took 4 days to arrive but the pool filter motor is broken. No resolution from intex or this third party seller. Intex is impossible to reach on the phone and has no live chat capabilities. If you fail to respond within a window, they are quick to canc... Read More
Never used, defective upon purchase. They are worthless then offered us 200 to replace the liner. Also, beware, intex requires you to cut up the liner and send it back to get a replacement. Would not recommend purchasing this pool.
It works fine the first day, it cuts off after the time is up. We unplug it for the night (because 5 & 10 min unplugging didn't change anything) go out the next morning, plug it back in and nothing. The filter is under powered, and the pool corner... Read More

In my opinion yes this pool, contents and the seller is worth the $ spent as the quality and ease of setup is great except for ladder.
I hands down give 5 stars for the quality and durability of the pool liner and frame itself.

Packaging/appearance
The hardest part was the long runners that had to be thread into the sleeves.
My last intex was a round inflatable top that lasted 5 years.
Competitiveness
This has always been the case with intex brands.
This is our fourth intex pool and the largest we’ve purchased.
Contacted seller and said you have to contact intex.
It appears to be slightly smaller than 18ft.

It came with a 2 year warranty and i got 5 summers out of it

I got about two seasons out of the included ladder and replaced it with the same model which was again rusting through this spring
