Pros

Simply hooked the existing hoses up to the filter. Tighten all connections, but do not over tighten. If you follow the directions and youtube a little for a visual the fiter is pretty awesome.

Don't hesitate, buy this thing its worth every penny. This dabs filter is outstanding compared to it. I am very very satisfied with my filter.

Cons

The pump is advertised as. Now it is extremely loud. Amazon has the part i need for sale but will not assist me. Someone needs to send me a pump that has true specs.

This pump and filter combo is way too weak. It does not do a good enough job of filtering the water. The replacement they sent was defective and leaked water.

Even with it being covered by warranty, 4 months under normal use is absolutely abysmal and sends a strong signal about the overall quality of the product. There is a 2 year warranty but intex advised the part is not in stock and they do not know when... Read More

Intex customer support says backed up and they won’t call back even though i’m in queue. Intex is a non-reputable company. Selling chinese junk.

It was easy to install, is durable and has very good pressure.

This spring when i started getting my pool ready the pump wouldn't run more than an hour and shut off.

Barely moved the water and was constantly plagued with cloudy water and along with constantly changing water chemistry.

Price

This product is definitely worth the money.

Had to order them separately for another $20

You have to get the hose adapter to hook up if you have the smaller lines but they were fairly cheap.
