It requires speciality screw heads to remove, luckily i have these tools for work. Not a deal breaker. Received it promptly and installed it.

Customer service is perpetual on hold. He tells me that once intex hands the item to the shipper, that there is nothing intex will do to resolve a problem. They have lousy customer service, and sometimes lousy parts.

This is very disappointing. Not impressed at all. No support.

Highly recommend this system and loved the great price.

My complaint is i ordered it off amazon and it cost me 299.

I was skeptical when i saw the price, compared to other, more expensive units.

Overall this is a good product and works great with my 18x52 intex ultra pool.

I have a steel round pool that i got all the adapters and plunger valves to use an intex pump with last year.

Then the next day you will need to start it again at the preferred time for its 8hr shift.
