It is not to heavy so if i have to put in on and take it off by myself i can do that

Not sure if i am sold on the drawstrings but it would be more difficult to put on alone if it were elastic around the outer edge

Yes a small bugs can get in through the drain holes but it keeps leaves and other debris out of the pool

Works as expected but too bad it didnt have some sort of elastic to hold on to poll circumference instead of draw string
