It sprang a leak and was not repairable.
The cover will be a pain since it has to be pulled all the way down every time you put it on and off!

I'm very pleased with it for the money.
I have always enjoyed the low cost of the inflatable tubs and how great they work.
I purchased a set of chemicals for $99 for inflatable hot tubs.
We ordered a paid $30 for a light separately and multiple filters as we used 2 already in one week.
Shipping
Customer service was prompt and (mostly) helpful.
I purchased this inflatable 4 person hot tub this week and it arrived earlier than expected.
I bought this one because it was advertised as "next day shipping" sat here all day waiting for delivery, received next day!
Packaging/appearance
From what i understood many of these that leaked were packed up and unpacked.
It comes in a single package that is roughly 110 lbs!
The box had some crushing on the corners and lots of tape on it, but all the parts and pieces appeared to be new and undamaged.
The cover that it comes with doesn't look exactly the same and i think it was described with head rests but those didn't come.
