Pros

The tub is ridiculously strong and rigid without over-inflating. My 3 year old swims around in it.

Don't hesitate buy it, tons of fun and has been great on my 63 year old back and hips. My family loves it and it seems well worth the money so far. It's really amazing for the price and we love that it can plug into a regular outlet.

Mine is on a concrete slab under cover on the patio on texas. Two adults and 4 kids fit quite comfortably. Holds temp of 104 no problems.

Bubbles provide a gentle massage which is perfect for me. The bubble jets at the bottom of the pool are very strong and i was actually surprised at how well they work. Its incredibly comfortable to sit in and just relax.

Great product. Amazing for such a low cost device. Highly recommend this product. This thing is awesome!

Cons

I was constantly confronted with loud beeping and error codes. Intex will not supply corroded part, you have to buy complete control panel 12835 at $274. The pump motor is the only part of my spa that is keeping me from enjoying my spa.

Customer service is non-existent. This company has no customer service capability.

Save yourself and do not buy expensive intex products. My don't buy this made in china piece of junk.

Intex has a company policy that they will only honor one warranty claim per product. When a product fails to work after 6 months and you notify the company and get no results that is poor customer service. Then we find out they are just returning the ... Read More

intex products are well built and easy to assemble.

We watched severalyou tube video reviews on them prior and the intex brand stuck out for value.
