This is a simple and less expensive spa than those multi thousand dollar hard body spas that break just as often and this type is just easier to replace or toss if you stopped using it. The sides are so sturdy we can sit on them! Would purchase again.... Read More

The pure spa is a decent working spa for winter. The cover does a great job insulating the tub so once heated it is fine thereafter at maintaining temp. For covering up there is an inflatable disc thing that sits floating on top of the water.

Cons

Intex requires us to return the whole tub & bladder (buyer pays for the shipping) in order to replace the defective parts. Either the computer goes out or the control unit leaks, or the tub leaks. Still leaking by air pressure valve.

Most very little english language or understanding english in customer svc. Supervisors refuse to discuss the problems. Debating on boxing the entire thing up and sending back. But no. Just discussed with intex. Not sturdy at all.

Don't waste your time with the out sourced customer service. All buyers beware! Buyers get * into the deal by the relatively cheap prices but end up throwing their money to buy a bubble that's destined to shortly pop.

The issue is we are not mechanics or fabricators, nor have a way to replicate the tiny little rod. I have to hire an electrician to come out and repair what this broke. This is a novelty item that needs to be indoors with no weather exposure. It goes ... Read More

We ordered a paid $30 for a light separately and multiple filters as we used 2 already in one week.

Customer service was prompt and (mostly) helpful.

I purchased this inflatable 4 person hot tub this week and it arrived earlier than expected.

I bought this one because it was advertised as "next day shipping" sat here all day waiting for delivery, received next day!

Packaging/appearance

From what i understood many of these that leaked were packed up and unpacked.

It comes in a single package that is roughly 110 lbs!

The box had some crushing on the corners and lots of tape on it, but all the parts and pieces appeared to be new and undamaged.

The cover that it comes with doesn't look exactly the same and i think it was described with head rests but those didn't come.
