Im very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this hot tub is. Two adults and 4 kids fit quite comfortably. The jets are very relaxing as well!

Mine is on a concrete slab under cover on the patio on texas. Holds temp of 104 no problems. On the weekends, we usually turn it up to 103 in the afternoon so the adults can use it comfortably after the kids bedtime.

Bubbles provide a gentle massage which is perfect for me. It heats up really well, and stays warm for long periods of time. The insulted cover works great and keeps the heat in. Very durable and comes with a thick cover.

Out of box, there were no leaks or problems with deflation. We use 1 inch bromine tablets and they fit perfectly in the chemical dispenser provided. Will drain and clean next month and will update.

Watched tutorials on youtube prior to assembling. Set up was really quick and easy - if living in a colder climate, would recommend running a hose from the house with warm water for the initial fill.

The drain is not sealed and water was pouring out from where the drain should be connected to the tub.

Customer service is non-existent. I was constantly confronted with loud beeping and error codes.

Save yourself and do not buy expensive intex products. This item is complete junk. Very * spa and not well made.

Intex will only honor one warranty claim per product. They also fail to provide me with any other level of compensation. Find a better company.
