I like the fact that it has vent holes the size of a dime in selected places in the material so as to let air on a windy day release pressure underneath it so it doesnt act like a sail and wind up in the next county

Yes there are hole in the center and around the edges to allow rain water to seek into the water

Make sure the bottom is stretched out fully had to fill it twice when the walls fell in haha
