Pros

It is an affordable option that looks and works great! But for a warm soak it does the job. Still works like a charm! Sooo nice to soak out there this morning.

The bubbles are stronger than we expected and we sleep better/have less back pain after soaking in this hot tub. For being an inflatable it feels very sturdy.

It does the job of therapy and relaxation, with enjoyment too. I have arthritis and it is wonderful. It’s also very relaxing and a lot of fun.

Cons

Amazon says i need to pay $440 to pay for shipping. After 5 days of calling finally talked to someone in warranty. When i complained to amazon i was directed to the seller which is spreetail.

When i removed the air fill rube as i do every day, water shot out of the place air goes in. The pump is super weak-- one filters, even after 6 months of use, never drew enough into it to even need replaced.

My biggest complaint about the hot tub is that it is extremely costly to use. Due to the fact this has essentially no insulation it caused our electric bill to surge $200 more than normal during the several cold months we attempted to use it.

After a few weeks, the power was not going on unless you wiggled the plug (something must have come loose).

Saw this and was encouraged by the price.

I was skeptical, but at that price, it was worth giving it a try.

If you do not want to spend a fortune but enjoy a hot tub, this is it.

Wrote the company, gave them the detail and they sent a new unit very quickly.

Packaging/appearance

We filled it with hot water from a hose i ran from the laundry, so we were ready to use in like 30 minutes from opening the box.
