Pros & Cons
Pros
Floats great. If you will use this boat more than 3 or 4 times it beats renting.
Priced very well especially for beginners. Material is very durable. Durability seems good, but only time will tell.
Upgrade the oar locks, rubber rings move, replace the holder rings with pressure connectors that will grip the oars when locked. I entered on the intex website to procure the manufacturers origin certificate, which is the document needed to register t... Read More
May be a tad cramped with two people and a whole day trip bag. The size is decent for 2 grow up. Wanna take some rowdy kids and maybe sneak a cast or two in there?
Emergency sticker package really save the day. Even fully inflated the deep creases where those scratches are remain for now. Easy to patch up if needed.
Cons
The intex seahawk 2 is not staying inflated after only a couple of uses. The french oars that are included are about as effective as rowing with chopsticks. The rod holder is very flimsy and never held my rod straight up (6'6 medium heavy) this is whe... Read More

Quality
Durable, quality materials, affordable for those on a tight budget, and perfect for those who are new to rowing and handling a water craft.
The one comes with the package, save it for emergency.
Got it on sale, and with the weather, not likely to get a test until well past the return period.
I could never seem to get the right rhythm with the oars and felt like i was going more in circles than moving forward.

I was blown away by what a great product this was for the price.

Competitiveness
I have a 55lb thrust motor for the back which is overkill, but is a great addition.
Going to buy a trolly for it cause the wind oh the wind is hard to fight π but so great!
I got same thing few years ago from wallmart.

Like anything inflatable the first few inflates the material will stretch but it honestly only seemed to lose maybe 7 to 10 of firmness because of material stretch

Adding a small motor would have been better but still not preferable because the boat is so light
