Pros

6'2 175lbs lanky frame but lift daily. I wear a large and it fits just right. These have a snug fit through the upper chest and arms.

With each subsequent order the quality diminishes.

After 1 wash they are smediums. Too tight to wear comfortably. It's pretty flimsy material and the fit is whack. Wore the shirt for less than 4 hours, sitting at my pc and the seam around the bottom just goes.
