Pros
Product seems sturdy but has only been used once. Cable is a little stiff but it and the adapter feel like they are made from decent quality materials.
This adapter/docking station is very light so it's portable.
Thing works beautifully. The color matches perfectly with my space gray macbook. My only qualm is that the power port on the adapter doesn't seem to work for me.

On my last trip i inadvertently left my displayport to hdmi adapter for my laptop at home and my usbc adapter for my phone wasn’t casting the image correctly my samsung phone was going into dex mode yuck a user error – needed to turn automatic dex mode off
