Pros

Amazon eero 6+ mesh wi-fi system is a huge lifesaver and brings internet to the various levels of my rental home without the need to drill holes or run cable. The difference between the old router and the eero is enormous.

A little pricey but def worth it. These are cool. They are also aesthetically pleasing.

The mesh system handles a variety of devices simultaneously, from smartphones to smart home gadgets, without breaking a sweat. That's more than my 5 year old orbi system. Used to have dead zones and spotty performance in our home.

Eero ensures that your network remains secure and optimized for the best performance.

Cons

There is no tech support in the philippines. They cou;d not help resolve, we were informed that there next level support is in tx.

Amazon refuses to fix this! I guess i'll try to reinstall the google wifi mesh, since it never gave me a minute's trouble. It is a well known issue and is not isp related. Limited capability within the ios app. Can't do that on the eero.

My place has a weird layout, and i’ve had constant problems with wi-fi dead spots.

We couldn't get good wifi reception in our backyard lanai, particularly through our hurricane storm windows.

Price

In my book it's the best out and it's very inexpensive too!

It is well worth the extra cost to obtain a much faster and more stable mesh support system.

The system was a little pricey to me at the time of purchase.

Cost will be the same as about 6 -8 months of rental.

There were several delays and it took about a week to get to me.

Competitiveness

Had orbi and this is much better.

I found that a single pro 6e as the gateway and the 6+’s as the satellites was the best setup.
