The only thing that i have noticed is about a 5 second delay when selecting a web site, before anything starts happening. We are running a basic local service provider connection “100mb”. Highest speeds i've seen are 200down.

Cons

No choice of languages, no ability to run 2. Ghz or 5ghz. Poor performance in upstirs and rooms furthest from it. Lack of basic networking staples is omitted.

Eero mesh wifi has been a huge waste of my time. It constantly drops your internet connection. Don't bother trying to contact the tech support, they ignore you and don't get back.

I regret buying and would return if the return period had not expired. Very frustrating. Do not buy this product.

Quality

I’ve had these for more than a year and i love the product.

I’m incredibly happy with the eero system.

I suspect that this has something to do with the trial security features.

Packaging/appearance

Reusing the name of my current wifi network (to avoid reconnecting all devices) was intuitive.

Competitiveness

I had an issues with a d-link and netgear extenders but this one solved all the issues that i had with wi-fi .

I bought another base station and reconfigured it as a repeater so that i could hook up our cat6 line from our pool.
