Not worth the money for a minimally larger screen. Image details are blurry which makes for a terrible user experience when watching videos or photos. Talk to text is terrible and the problems i have encountered are tedious.
It’s only 6 months since purchase and it never left moms chair. Very disappointed in this product for the price.
Games keep scrolling from screen to screen over and over non stop. Screen flipping around drives us crazy.
A lot of hiccups. Nothing here impresses. This is extremely frustrating for me.

It has a nice build-quality, good heft, and the optional keyboard and pen are very nice.
The build is sleek and seamless with aluminum body and laminated screen.
The battery life is not good; it seems to consume the battery rapidly and this could possibly affected by the keyboard/pen.
It literally feels like writing on paper with a ball point pen.
Price
Besides getting it at a great price, the tablet works really well.
The tablet was worth every penny to me.
The price was what i could afford.
So it was a little more expensive than it could have been.

It is quick and has a beautiful screen.
The whole exchange only took a few days because of amazons next day shipping options.

Prossolid well builtnice screen as far as clarity and responsivenesssetup was simple and quickcons these were why i returned the tabletvery very limited app storenot able to install google play store ive been able to do this on the previous fire tablets ive purchased which allowed me to use the tablet as i needednot able to even install google chrome same issue as with the play store silk is not a viable substitute for chrome for anyone who needs chromes robust ecosystem

But you can consume amazon content on other tablets both android and ios so my primary issue with the fire tablets is the overly restrictive lock down of the system

Bottom line if you dont need anything outside the amazon appstore this would be an excellent tablet for general use and specifically for consumption of amazon content

The only thing i found that im not satisfied with is the fact it is supposed to hold a charge for a while but it seems to die quicker than other fire tablets ive owned
