Cons

The option to turn built-in sound/tv speakers on is inaccessible. The first 20-30 minutes the tv is on, it flashes pause/play like the video shows by itself. Seems like defective software even after multiple updates.

Amazon will not allow a return or refund. What a letdown. Now we know why this tv has only a 1-year warranty.

    You cannot disable the tv sleep feature and if you need to walk away to take a call answer the door etc the darn tv turns all the way off

    We’ve had the same vizio 55” tv since about 2009 and after seeing the price on this decided it was time to upgrade

    Besides the extra 20” of screen the sharpness of the picture and the face that it’s a frameless display makes it more than worth the money

    I was initially put off by the fact that the tv doesn’t really come with much in the way of instructions but after completing the installation realized that it was completely unnecessary
