Cons

Customer service and even their amazon fire warranty department insist on charging a restocking fee to return a defective item. They apparently restock defective items, so that the next person buys it, then again has to return it.

It's completely unusable. What a piece of junk. Bottom line - garbage…a joke for $99 sale price.

To put the fire tv name behind it is a little deceiving. Bass on this thing is great for its size but you can't understand anything bc the bass drowns out the vocals. The remote didn't work quickly, the sound has 3 options, no tuning.

Usb-a is a really weird choice for a usb input. Usb inputs are usually micro usb or usb-c. The hdmi plug and the power cord are on opposite sides of this small cutout.
