Pros

The video quality is decent but it's not exactly 1080p, but i would say it's about the same as our old wired ring doorbell. This is why it's good to have it wired because it chimes inside. It gives me comfort when my spouse is not at home with me!

The camera only works if someone pushes the button, and then even if they push it you have to tap on the notification within 60 seconds to even see the recording. It advertises as compatible with alexa devices and yet it won't allow you to see the vid... Read More

Probably to annoy you into subscribing. Every feature is slow. Tried to save money by getting a video camera but ended having to pay for a subscription and purchase a sync module 2.

Just want the chime option only without purchasing another product.

Don't like the confusion with the live viewing (purchasing subscription vs purchasing sync module) in order to live view.
