The pro 2 (2024) is a huge difference from older models. I can now be notified if there is any person movement approaching the front or rear of my property. The video quality is imho well worth spending the extra $$$ and buying this camera.

Ring works on your own wifi network. Suggests use your cell phone's cellular data and wifi. Cellular or wi-fi. App is easy to install and set up. Set up your datum.

The product design is faulty. The mounting bracket has to face forward, not back as the instructions stated. The new mounting bracket is also terrible compared to the original.

I was left in the dark for weeks with no notification unbeknownst to me the white ones were on backorder; or so they say. Buyer beware especially with all the cyber monday sales on this product.

It is undeniably a scare tactic they use to get you to spend more money with them. Deceptive business practice. Bad policy. Horrible waste of money & time.
