Cons

The snapshots routinely cease to appear on my timeline. It takes reboots every other day, and sometime multiple per hour to get them to appear. I was left in the dark for weeks with no notification unbeknownst to me the white ones were on backorder.

The video quality is terrible. Don't expect to be able to see a license plate. The resolution seems ok until there is actual activity and then all you see is pixels. After four calls to customer service, and hours spent on the phone they finally agree... Read More
