Pros
Light is bright when maxed out. The light may scare any intruder away.
After writing the review above i was contacted by e-mailed from daniel associated with ring. Good customer service. I will update this review with an update.
Cons
Will light up an average size patio, but not good for much else. Motion detection is unusable. The light flickers on & off. This light is so faulty that i am considering throwing it where it belongs, in the garbage!
The developers need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a better product that actually does what they profess it to do! These things work okay once you get them connected, but i swear i spent at least two hours setting one up. Should have... Read More

To my displeasure the light would not pair with my bluetooth on my iphone and after several attempts still no luck so i contacted ring support for assistance

After about 3 failed attempts following ring support instructions i was instructed to uninstall the ring app from my phone then shut off my phone wait a few seconds turn on my phone and reinstall the ring app and try to install the light

However only way to adjust duration of how long the lights came on for and to adjust them so they dont come on during daytime motion sensor still functions and sends a notification lights just stay off so you can conserve battery life is by purchasing the bridge

At the level of sensitivity that we have it set at a possum or rabbit will set it off
