Cons

This reeks of corporate greed and disregard for customer loyalty. It's disappointing to see a company like ring engage in such nickel-and-diming tactics. Their subscription pricing practices and customer service failures leave a sour taste.

Not nice. Still flawed. Pretty useless, imo. I realize this cam is defective. That is equally inconvenient since i don't have a convenient outside out let.

The spotlight only lasts for 30 seconds max, even when the light is set to "on" despite my system being in full sun almost year round, i consistently receive low battery warning. Battery drains quickly.
