The scoop they include is a tablespoon, not a teaspoon which is the amount you actually need. This is the first product/company i’ve ever seen that knowingly includes the wrong sized scoop for the serving size.

I don't think it works as well as the metamucil inulin, but it does work very well!

High insulin will cost you $$$ and kill you.
They have great prices, and they should advertise that inulin tastes good.
