I bought one set at bjs and only got about six to eight hours of use at 14 volume after full charge before one unit starting complaining they talk that its battery was low
I checked with the manufacturer and tech support said if they sit unused off the charger too long the battery will start to lose capacity permanently and that these sets probably sat in a warehouse too long
