Pros

It sounds clean and crisp. Use your phone or whatever to go up & down from there.

Bluetooth connection is what's expected. Portability is great. The only drawback is the tricky bluetooth connection.

It's pretty big but, it's rugged and waterproof. Has wheels and a handle that goes up and down to wheel is. My college kids love them for soccer games and practices.

Cons

If i turn it up past about 70% it distorts so badly that its just loud noise, not anything you'd want to listen to. Which defeats the purpose somewhat. It still works fine when plugged in, but that is not why i got it.

No power cable, microphone, no mic cable, no manuals. Speaker cabinet placed in a plain oversized box and shipped with nothing else inside. Not sure if these refurbished units are qa tested properly.
