Dont be fooled in to thinking that as it has no speakers it is silent there is still considerable noise associated with hitting the pads and it does travel even with doors closed but obviously it is no where near as loud as a full drum kit

Once assembled the kit is not that large and can be folded to a degree and kept out of the way if space is short

Its slightly flimsy but i suppose you get what you pay for

I had an ion ekit before and you could set it up so you had two bass pedals which this cant do so thats a real shame

With a decent set of headphones not those included unfortunately or amp it would suffice for jamming
