You can drag the little square in the ion mine goes to 3 if you just use the arrow it only goes to 0

When you save both sides open itunes look on the bottom of your bar im using windows 10 you will see your ion just click on it and with itunes in the background drag your cassette you just named and name them because you will end up having lots of them drag each side a and b into itunes and remember this thing is slow and my not go at first if not a box will jump up behind you ion cassettes songs close it first then close the box that says it didnt work bring your ion back up then drag it when its gone into itunes just click on it i n the background it will show it and both sides will go into the same box me if you dont name them you will have hundreds in it so name each one open itunes edit and name them

You need to sit down and start recording and when ends cassette to press end otherwise will continue recording
