Pros
It is an ideal camera for anyone who is comfortable with technology and networking. I added the camera to my blue iris setup and it works flawlessly. The reolink app for ios is very easy to use and quick to load.
The resolution is top notch. Picture quality is super, streaming in high definition is extreme sharp. Image quality is decent, though it suffers a bit at night compared to other cameras.
Internet explorer uses an activex plug-in. Both my rlc-420's are connected to my ubiquiti unifi switch 8 poe-60w. If you don't have poe, they're easy to find.

Cons
No red lights, no clicking sounds, no access to the camera. The microphone is practically useless. False claims that it works with blue iris.

Though the realtime feed would be great, i'm more concerned with the actual recording. The irs are so bright that they reflect every spec of dust, pollen, etc floating thru the air. The camera works for live view only through the app.

The field of view is relatively poor, which makes this camera less than ideal for my installation.
Price
Value:with this camera, you get what you pay for.
I purchased this camera up under a lightning deal on amazon for about $45.
I would have been happy with what i received had i paid $60, so i consider this a good deal.
Shipping
I've installed a half dozen or so of these for various people, receiving one doa which was promptly exchanged by amazon.
Had an issue with one out of 16 and the customer service was quick to respond and take care of the issue.

Competitiveness
The image quality is very good for the price, and the night vision is better than my foscam fi9900pw.
In comparing to similar cameras by amcrest and foscam; the quality of both the build and video are similar.
The 420 camera is not included in the list of realink products to select when looking for instructions.
I much prefer this dome camera to the bullet style of the same reolink brand

The rtsp stream seems to generate smearing artifacts too frequently to be very useful but the rtmp stream works quite well

As it turns out even within the same device model different rlc420s purchased at different times contain different internal components

Their native resolution is 43 and they provide 169 by stretching the image
