The screen protector messes with the touch sensitivity of the screen. I seriously have to bang on the screen with my fingers to get it to react.

Love the holding strap sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will fall apart or will come apart as you carry the case.

For the most recent ipad model though there is a huge defect

I ended up having to go into the apple store and after removing the ipad from the case we discovered the case was causing my audio to not work

The camera and the microphone that is on the back of the ipad do not have this issue since they are open but if you plan on using this case with video chat applications you may have issues
