Emailed customer service and got a response next working day.
Sent photo of the damaged product and they shipped a new on immediately.

Perfect packaging, everything you need is in the package to get professional results.
Really good packaging, but it looked like a pretty heavy box was dropped on the middle of it.
It did come with the cloth and adhesive dust collector, thats it.
Competitiveness
The quality of this glass is much better than the iphone 6 plus glass which had an air bubble all around the edge.
