I will say, i was highly satisfied when i received this product.
My mom had no problems with the one i put on her iphone 6+ either.
The otterbox screen protector is poorer in comparison as debris can get into the otterbox that otherwise cannot with the zerolemon screen.
It actually seems like the touch screen works better with the protector on.

Just take off your old protector clean with the wet wipe let dry wipe with the cloth peel the backing off the glass and holding the edges carefully set it into place
