I had the original version of this case for a year and a half and it broke around the thin portion at the mute switch

I would have given this a 5 star rating because this case is sexy but when holding the phone with one hand the opening for the lightning connector has some sharp edges that are hard on the fingers that stabilize the bottom when only holding the bottom corner of the phone
