My biceps are similar to the rocks so its tight and stretched but for the regular person it would be fine

Overall its good fits my iphone 6s quite nicely with my phone case on however it does not have a hole for my headphones which kind of defeats the purpose of it

Wouldnt recommend for very skinny arms as it only just fits my arm

The only issue with this is that you can’t use touch screen when the phone rings or you want to change songs etc
