I bought this case after shopping around for similar products to protect my new galaxy s9

It protects the phone for sure but the reason it is not five stars is that because it is a double layer of protection plastic over rubber the plastic moves around over the rubber leaving gaps between the top and bottom of the case and phone

More annoying that a detriment to the use of the case which is to stop the phone from breaking when you drop it

I chose this case because its clear so you can actually see the color of the phone

Although the rubber outer layer at first seemed like it would be loose once i seated it around the phone the fit was excellent

This is currently on my wifes phone which has been dropped several times bitten by a baby and move about between pockets bags and being left out

Of course its worn around the edges but like any phone its always being handled and is still in decent shape for almost a years use
