I love my new case however the audio exit is deeper than an audio cable so to plug it in you have to take half of your phone out and that made one of the gold metal decorations break so not so convenient

Not from direct impact to the screen since there’s nothing covering it or a very extreme general impact since it is relatively thin but i have dropped my phone in this case quite a few times being pretty sure it would be damaged but it’s always come out ok

Actually one time i dropped it the hard plastic part of the case the colored area on the back had cracked

Which means the case absorbed a good bit of the force from the impact isolating the phone from it which is good
