First thing to know when it charges from a plug it charges the phone first to 100 before it charges the case

If you leave it alone to charge it probably takes a good 56 hour’s to charge everything if both the phone battery and the case battery are low

A second thing to realize is the only way to see how much charge the case has once it is unplugged is to turn it on
