I have had it on my phone since december 2015 and have dropped my phone face down several times and it cracked on saturday but my actual screen is still in perfect condition and i was able to get the screen cover off without damaging my actual screen

Because of the thickness of the glass the sides of the screen area are a little vulnerable and my first one chipped and cracked on the side after 3 hours but iq shield replaced it after emailing them although they said it was an exception

I would suggest having a phone case that covers the edge of your screen protector to avoid the edge getting nicked and cracking
