One problem ive experienced though it didnt seem major enough to dock a star is that my headphone jack wouldnt go in the surrounding rubber preventing it from entering

I had somewhat of a hard time getting it on my phone no directions were included i finally figured out that the outer shell colored part of the case can snap off and it was slightly easier putting the black part of the case on by itself then snapping the colored part back on
