I spend extended time away from a charger and need a backup battery to get my iphone to last through the day. My new case seems to be functioning correctly and i have not had any issues. Still a great case from earlier 2 pc models.
Great case for long lasting battery power. The case is a bit bulky but not a big issue for me. This case is very compact and friendly to hold.
The alpatronix case is far superior to the much more expensive, and overpriced, apple battery case. In a day where everyone seems to be trying to make you pay more for less it's nice to purchase a product that exceeds expectations.
Cons
The top reviews on this case are from a few years ago. The case isn't that durable. This battery charger is junk. This one will be headed back for a refund.
When charging with a cord, it drains my battery completely, & is difficult to get it to charge again. It has issues charging and staying plugged in. If not positioned properly it can damage the phone.

They apologized for the faulty case over the phone where i talked to a real person and not a machine or just an email

The battery pack however does not hold a charge and occasionally won’t let my phone charge through the case

You have to remove the hard to remove case to use any type of ixpand flash drive to backup photos

The charging port is flawed in that the plastic around the charging port is thin so it is easily bent not allowing charging to align properly
