All case descriptions said their cases were for the 5th and 6th generation but nothing about the 7th generation so i wasnt sure any of them would fit

Be aware though that once the case is on it is extremely difficult to take back off

The materials are of excellent quality and finish fitting snugly around my ipod with a rubberized interior that shows on the upper and lower edges as shock absorbers should you drop it the rubber does not show on the sides all the buttons are easily available and sensitive the camera isnt covered nor the apple icon on the back of the phone which is a nice style point
