Quality
Very easy to assemble, these cat houses appear to be plenty strong and durable enough for their intended use.
The materials seem durable and are waterproof.
The heating pad turns on as soon as it is plugged in.
It doesn't fall exactly straight even after i tried to bend it back into place a few times.
Price
I'm considering the large version but the expense is real and i've not pulled the trigger yet.
This one is really nice, but most in this price range are.

I got this cat house in small so that fits on my balcony and while they won’t all fit in there at once the strays tend to wander around alone or in pairs anyway so it should be fine

Others who have an outlet on the outside of their home might be able to use this next to the wall but the heating pad is useless to me unless i run an extension cord out from inside to the balcony
